Emailing list sign up & electronic form fill out.

If you sign up to our email list we will only obtain your email address. Whereas If you decide to contact us via our electronic contacts form we will require a name, email address, phone (optional) and any other information you decide to disclose in the message. If you decide to click one of our email links throughout the website we will only collect the information you decide to include in your email along with your email address.

Completed order on the website?
If you complete an order on our website via the checkout we will require to collect your email, telephone along with your address (billing & shipping). Not to mention some of the above information relating to web analytics.
Financial Information? If you completed your order using the checkout on our website and opted to use a credit or debit card as means of payment; this information is collected & stored by one of our selected service partners Stripe. Stripe have been enlisted to help with capturing and processing payments made by card through our website. We have an account with Stripe that only allows us access to the following financial information: Name on card, billing & shipping address, last 4 digits of your card, expiry date, card type, transaction time & date, along with the customer email.
Why is this information stored on Stripe & why do we need access? For the prevention of fraud or should a dispute arise over your transaction and a claim is made through your card provider this information is vital to prove the transactions information & legitimacy. It protects all parties in the transaction. We do not personally have control or responsibility over how this financial information is stored or potentially used so we suggest all prospective uses of checkout via credit or debit card to firstly visit the Stripe website and read through all relevant documentation.
PayPal? Again if you opt to use PayPal we encourage you visit their website and review all relevant information to data and their privacy policy. Again we will have access to only basic information concerning the transaction such as the billing address and transaction ID.

Why is this information collected?

For the purpose of web analytics such non-personal statistics can help us understand our audience more, and to learn what areas we may need to improve our website to hopefully assist with tailoring a more user friendly website and helpful service. Whereas information collected through the order process is extremely important to ensure we can complete orders efficiently, can provide order assistance & meet our business accounts obligations. Information such as emailing list sign up may be collected so we can keep you up to date with our latest promotions & products. Our website is hosted through GoDaddy. The host provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through the platform host data storage, databases, and general applications. This is stored through extremely secure, firewall protected servers.

All direct payment gateways offered by the platform host and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. These procedures meet the strict requirements set out to help prevent fraud.

And finally Servo Automation Ltd protect your data through a variety of electronic, physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure data collected online. We are committed to keeping personal information secure, our website is SSL secured by our hosting platform. We encourage users to check they are secure before submitting information that may cause them harm. How do we communicate with site visitors?

We can only communicate with visitors who have signed up to our emailing list, completed and sent off the electronic form, completed a purchase via the checkout on our website or provided all information at checkout and then not completed the final payment stage. We cannot contact visitors who have just been browsing the website.

If you complete a transaction via the website we will contact you through the email provided to notify you any relevant order information such as your tracking information, commercial invoices, warranty certificates and or stock updates. Should any issues arise during or after your purchase we may also have to contact you through the telephone number provided or email.
