All orders in stock* ship from our UK warehouse within 1 working day from the completed order transaction. Should any unforeseen issues arise we will contact you ASAP.
As soon as your part(s) has been shipped, we will send you a Shipment Notification email that will include the carrier's name and a tracking number. Please ensure you keep note of this tracking number and track accordingly.
*Dispatch may be delayed if you have purchased a product on backorder.
Our base service is absolutely FREE. The delivery aim is the next working day from the day of dispatch with all orders guaranteed to arrive within two working days from the day of dispatch. This service will be fully tracked, insured to value and requires a signature upon arrival.
For special services such as guaranteed timed delivery, same-day services & weekend deliveries please contact with the delivery address for quote.
We do offer collection in person during our normal business hours but you must make a prior arrangement. Out of office collections may also be available but will incur an opening fee. Please contact for assistance.

For insurance purposes we declare the actual cost you have paid for the item on all paperwork and invoices. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any charges relating to the import of goods into your country, which may include import/custom tax, courier administration fees and/or duties. It may be possible to estimate these charges by contacting the courier and/or your countries import/export government department. Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility/liability for local taxes and/or customs duties that may be payable upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with these requirements.
We offer an anonymous shipping option that means we remove all of our branding from the packaging & product security labels. We also will not include a delivery note or any paperwork directly related to our company. We are happy to attach any paperwork you may wish to forward & the return label will detail your address.
You are welcome to arrange your own shipping. Please contact our sales team with your account details and the service you require, we will then do the rest.
Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility/liability for goods lost whilst in transit if you choose your own carrier. It is the responsibility of you and your shipping company to resolve any issues directly with each other.
